Visitors could also see the latest innovations at the 8th edition of Revestir (Brazilian Coverings Exhibition), which is the largest fair in Latin America and the fourth largest in the sector, worldwide. It is organized by Anfacer and NürnbergMesse Brasil.
In parallel, the 8th International Forum of Architecture and Construction contributed to updating participants and providing an opportunity to exchange experiences. Each day of the Forum was dedicated to a different class of professionals in civil construction; interior designers, retailers, builders and architects. Lectures and debates counted on the presence of major national and international specialists, such as George Elvin, renowned North American architect who presented innovations in nano-technology for civil construction: “Today, the great advantage is designing materials that adapt to our needs. We could, for instance, change the molecular structure of concrete, making it four times harder”, he explained.
